We wish to share our experience regarding a business transaction involving V.I.M. Selection SRL, Italy, and its representative, Livio Celotti.
In 2025, V.I.M. Selection SRL engaged our company to assist with the sale of a Bobst die-cutter machine. We invested time and resources in marketing the machine and identifying potential buyers. As a result of our efforts, we introduced a buyer who subsequently purchased the machine.
Prior to the transaction, the parties entered into a commission agreement. Based on our understanding of that agreement, we expected to receive the agreed commission following completion of the sale. The machine was sold to the buyer we introduced, and the transaction was completed more than 82 days ago.
To date, only a small part of the commission has been paid. The remaining balance remains outstanding and unresolved despite the completion of the transaction.
