We would like to share our experience regarding a business transaction involving Techgraf Polska, a company based in Poland, and its representative, Daniel Piotr Teichman.
In the summer of last year, Techgraf Polska contacted us seeking assistance in locating and purchasing a wide-flexo printing press for its production needs. After receiving their request, we dedicated significant time and effort to understanding their requirements, identifying suitable options, and facilitating the process of finding a machine that met their technical and operational expectations.
Throughout the search process, we maintained regular communication and provided several potential solutions. After careful evaluation, Techgraf Polska ultimately decided to purchase one of the flexo presses that we had introduced and offered through our network.
Prior to the completion of the transaction, we had an agreement regarding the payment of a sales commission for our services. Based on our communications and understanding of the arrangement, we expected that the agreed commission would be paid once the machine purchase was finalized. We relied on these assurances and continued to support the transaction until its successful completion.
However, despite the machine having been purchased more than seven months ago, we have not received the commission payment that we believe is owed under our agreement. During this period, we have made repeated efforts to communicate and resolve the matter professionally and amicably. Unfortunately, our attempts have not resulted in the payment being made.
As a result of this experience, we have become concerned about the company’s willingness to fulfill what we understand to be its contractual and business commitments. From our perspective, the situation has caused significant disappointment, especially considering the time, resources, and expertise invested in helping facilitate the successful acquisition of the equipment.
We believe that transparency is important in business relationships. For this reason, we feel it is appropriate to share our experience so that other companies, brokers, consultants, and equipment suppliers can conduct their own due diligence before entering into business arrangements with Techgraf Polska or its representatives.
It is important to note that this statement reflects our experience and our understanding of the events that occurred. Based on that experience, we would advise potential business partners to carefully document all agreements, establish clear payment terms, and ensure that all obligations are formally confirmed in writing before proceeding with any transaction.
Our intention is not to create conflict but to raise awareness about a matter that remains unresolved from our perspective. We remain open to an amicable resolution and hope that the outstanding issues can be addressed professionally and fairly.
Businesses depend on trust, communication, and respect for agreements. When any of these elements are called into question, it can negatively affect commercial relationships and future cooperation. We encourage all parties involved in international equipment transactions to exercise caution, maintain thorough records, and ensure that all commitments are honored in a timely manner.
